Elele Social Studio

Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 August 2026

What this is

Elele Social Studio is the internal content workspace of the team behind Elele. We use it to draft, review, schedule and publish our own social posts. It is not sold, not licensed to anyone else, and not open to the public: accounts are created by an administrator and access is by invitation only. These terms apply to everyone who signs in, including reviewers we give temporary access to.

Accounts

Each person uses their own account and is responsible for keeping it secure. Roles decide what a person can do; only an owner can connect a social account or publish to it. We may suspend or remove an account at any time, and we remove accounts when people leave the team.

Connected social accounts

Connecting an account is an explicit act performed by its owner through the platform's own authorization screen. Whoever connects an account confirms they are entitled to publish on it, and remains bound by that platform's own terms — the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta's terms for Facebook, Instagram and Threads, TikTok's terms, Pinterest's terms, and X's terms. Nothing in this workspace overrides them. A connection can be removed at any time from the Connections screen, which deletes the stored tokens.

Content and publishing

The content stays ours: we are responsible for what we write, for the images and videos we upload, and for the rights to use them. Drafts may be produced with AI models, but nothing reaches a platform without a person approving it first, and the approver is responsible for what goes out.

Acceptable use

The workspace may not be used to publish content that breaks the law or the rules of the platform it is going to, to publish on accounts we are not entitled to use, or to gather data from any platform beyond what publishing our own posts requires.

Availability

The workspace is provided as it is, with no warranty. It depends on services we do not control — Google Cloud, and the APIs of each social platform — and a change or outage on their side can stop a publish. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the workspace.

Changes

We update these terms when the workspace changes in a way that affects them; the date at the top changes with it.
